Not anymore. Pag-IBIG has changed their rules on this, this was revised last 2009.

  1. You must not be more than 65 years old at the time of loan application.
  2. You must not be more than 70 years old at the date of maturity.
  3. You must be insured.

Your loan entitlement shall be limited to your gross monthly income. If your gross monthly income is insufficient, provision of Co-Borrower applies. *You can visit the Pag-IBIG office or website to further determine the amount of loan you can get based on your income, contribution and loan terms.

Even with existing Pag-IBIG housing loan, you can still be access for an additional loan considering you do not exceed the maximum of 6M.
